After 25 years with Shadforth, Foreman Tony is heading into a well-earned retirement, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, high standards and a wealth of knowledge passed on to the next generation.
With a lifetime of experience in bulk earthworks and civil construction, there's not much Tony hasn't seen or done. Known for his exceptionally high standards, straight-talking approach and willingness to share his knowledge, Tony has made a lasting impression on the people he's worked alongside.
Tony is one of several employees who have dedicated 25 years or more to Shadforth, something we're incredibly proud of. Having people choose to build their careers with us over decades is a testament to the strong team culture and long-term opportunities within our business.
Tony, thank you for your dedication, hard work and everything you've contributed over the past 25 years. We'll certainly miss your stories, your years of experience and, of course, never having to guess what you're thinking!
We hope retirement brings plenty of opportunities to travel, relax and swap the shovel for a fishing rod, with a few good catches along the way.
