Progress Continues at GemLife Cotswold Hills in Toowoomba

Major civil infrastructure milestones achieved as works progress on GemLife’s newest over-50’s lifestyle resort community.

We’re proud to be partnering with GemLife and Westera Partners to deliver civil infrastructure works for their newest resort community in Toowoomba, GemLife Cotswold Hills.

Located in one of the region’s fastest-growing communities, GemLife Cotswold Hills will deliver a premium over-50s lifestyle resort featuring 205 homes, thoughtfully designed to support the continued growth and evolving needs of the Toowoomba region. The development represents another significant investment in community-focused living and high-quality infrastructure for South-East Queensland.

Our team have now successfully completed earthworks for Stages 1 and 2, marking a major milestone in the project’s progress. We have also handed over the first six lots and internal road network to GemLife, enabling construction of the first homes to commence.

In addition to the early stage works, we have delivered approximately 80% of the retaining structures and underground pipe infrastructure across the site. These critical works will provide the foundation for the resort’s future stages and ensure long-term functionality for residents and the broader community.

With the next phase of works now focused on construction of the main entrance, the project is continuing to take shape and move closer to welcoming its first residents.

We’re proud to contribute to a development that will create a vibrant and connected community for over-50s living in Toowoomba, while also supporting local employment and regional growth throughout construction.

We look forward to continuing our strong partnership with GemLife and Westera Partners as GemLife Cotswold Hills progresses through the next stages of delivery.
