Stuart, our Executive General Manager - Construction, first joined Shadforth as a labourer alongside his father during school holidays in 1989.

Over the years, Stuart has contributed significantly to Shadforth’s growth through diverse roles, including Purchasing Officer, Environmental Manager, Project Coordinator for projects beyond South-East Queensland, and Project Manager of our first mining project.

Today, he leads project teams across the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Northern QLD, earning a reputation for his approachable style and his ability to forge strong relationships with Clients and his project teams. Under his leadership, projects not only thrive, but also reflect his commitment to collaboration and excellence, driving mutually beneficial outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.
