Learning Beyond the Project Site
Learning firsthand how the products we use are made, helping build knowledge from manufacture through to installation.
Our Brisbane and Gold Coast Engineers recently stepped away from the project site and into the factory, visiting Civilmart and Auspit to learn more about the precast stormwater products used across our projects.
The factory tours gave the team a closer look at how precast stormwater pits are manufactured, from the production process through to the finished product ready for installation on site.
It was a valuable opportunity for our Engineers to build their technical knowledge; ask questions and better understand the products they work with as part of project delivery.
At Shadforth, learning happens both on and off site. Opportunities like these help our people continue to develop their knowledge, strengthen connections with our suppliers and bring a greater understanding of the entire construction process back to their projects.
