With over 25 years of experience in the civil construction industry, Jeremy joined Shadforth in 2009 as a Project Engineer, where he quickly demonstrated his ability to build high-performing teams and cultivate strong client relationships. His commitment to excellence and strategic approach to project delivery saw him advance through leadership roles within the company.

Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Jeremy oversees the entire construction arm, providing leadership and direction across all operations. He is responsible for driving growth, optimising performance, and ensuring the strategic objectives of the business are met.
