With over 25 years of experience in the civil construction industry, Jeremy joined Shadforth in 2009 as a Project Engineer and has since progressed through a number of senior leadership positions. Throughout his career with the business, he has played a pivotal role in Shadforth's growth, earning a reputation for his commercial insight, strategic thinking and collaborative leadership style.

As Chief Executive Officer, Jeremy provides strategic leadership across the business, guiding Shadforth's long-term direction while working closely with the executive team to drive sustainable growth, strengthen client partnerships and deliver exceptional project outcomes.
