Halcyon Beerwah

Scope of Works

Halcyon Beerwah represents a significant civil construction endeavour undertaken by Shadforth for Stockland Development to provide 216 residential land lease dwellings within the Beerwah Region.

Key activities within the scope have included:

  • Two horizontal directionally drilled creek crossings

  • Installation of 6 sediment basins

  • Installation of over 8km of pipework

  • Complex build and staging of the external intersection around live traffic

  • Close coordination with Stockland build teams for early handover of lots for house construction

Shadforth’s Halcyon Beerwah scope also included the construction of an intersection upgrade with the community’s main boulevard and Steve Irwin Way, facilitating safer resident access. These works were construction in accordance with DTMR requirements, with scope also including road batter stabilisation, stormwater works, road widening and lighting works.
