Halcyon Aura Coves

Scope of Works

Shadforth was engaged by Stockland to deliver the Bulk Earthworks and Civil Construction works for Halcyon Coves Land Lease development within the Aura masterplanned community on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

The scope included:

Bulk Earthworks

  • Approximately 19,000m³ of cut-to-fill operations

  • Construction of 1,265m² of concrete sleeper retaining walls ranging from 0.4m to 1.2m in height

  • Installation of 725m of concrete acoustic fencing up to 2.5m high

Civil Construction

Installation of underground services, including:

  • 2,851m of sewer reticulation

  • 2,069m of stormwater drainage

  • 2,581m of water reticulation

  • Construction of 13,722m² of concrete pavements

Shadforth’s delivery at Halcyon Coves forms part of an ongoing working relationship with Stockland at Aura, with continued involvement across multiple stages of the broader development.
