Glen joined Shadforth in 2011, bringing a unique blend of expertise from his early career in law and leadership roles in professional rugby. He began his journey at Shadforth as a WHS Advisor, quickly advancing through roles including Safety Manager and Compliance Manager, before being appointed Chief Risk Officer.

As Chief Risk Officer, Glen oversees Compliance, HR, IT, Business Risk, and Strategy, leveraging his diverse background to embed integrated systems, foster innovation and enhance organisational culture.
