Daniel joined Shadforth in 2010 and has since built his experience across multiple roles including Project Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator and Bid Manager.

Having delivered major projects across Queensland, he brings a strong foundation in both project delivery and estimating, supported by a deep understanding of the business across operational, regional, and strategic functions.

As Executive Manager – Pre-contracts, Daniel combines his technical expertise with a collaborative leadership style that fosters trust with clients and empowers his team. His hands-on approach ensures Shadforth continues to deliver value in an evolving market, whilst upholding the company's cultural values and strengthening long-term partnerships.
