Peter Dunkley - State Development Manager,
High compliance and performance to set timeframes
Shadforths work is of high quality, and their WH&S and Environmental understanding is excellent.
Shadforths are flexible, approachable and were focused on our key deliverables.
It is in my opinion that very few contractors in the Residential Sub-division market could have achieved these outcomes within the specified timeframe and budget.
Geoff McWilliams - Director, Residential Land,
Exceptional quality, met agreed timeframes & budgets.
Shadforths have always delivered projects within agreed timeframes and budgets and have brought innovative, cost saving construction methods & ideas to the table.
Their work has always been of an exceptional quality and they have been easy and very fair to deal with.
The team at Shadforths are professional and knowledgeable and take pride in their work and most importantly always do what they say they are going to do.
I have been working with Shadforths on master planned communities for over four years. During this time, Shadforths have completed close to $100 million worth of contracts in various locations around Queensland. Shadforths have a culture amongst their employees that is client focussed and they make a genuine effort to meet the needs and requirements of all the project stakeholders. In my dealings with Shadforths, it is clear that their focus on compliance delivers outcomes of a quality that is above industry standard. Shadforths also have the capability to deliver large scale projects in timeframes that for most civil contractors would not be achievable. An example of this is the Riverstone Rise project where they completed over 640,000m3 of bulk earthworks in hard rock conditions, 6000m2 of retaining walls, over 29,000m2 of roads, 3.6 km of stormwater, 5.2km sewer, 3.6km water and 4.6km of electrical reticulation in just under seven months. During this time, they also completed an external intersection upgrade to the value of $2.7 million, a regional pump station, a 520m tunnel bore under the Boyne River, as well as a major pit at the Boyne Island Treatment Plant. The total value of this package was just over $30 million. When working with Shadforths, I have always been able to rely on their team to be flexible, approachable and always willing to meet the requirements of the key stakeholders involved in the project. This culture has always ensured that project timeframes, budgets and construction outcomes are achieved with minimal fuss and aggravation. I would be happy to recommend Shadforths to deliver infrastructure and subdivision projects anywhere in Queensland.Damion MacDonald, Associate - Covey & Associates
