Construction of a residential subdivision with safety compliance to the Lend Lease GMR standard. This has required the project team to provide reporting and implement innovative systems and processes that exceed industry standard.

Over multiple stages we completed:

  • Earthworks
  • Roadworks
  • Drainage
  • Sewer and water reticulation
  • Electrical reticulation
  • Retaining walls
  • Trunk 630dia water main was constructed throughout the site
  • Various arterial roads linking the Fernbrooke community to existing infrastructure


In many of the stages, the impact of wet weather required the project team to accelerate the program using alternative construction methods, increasing work crews and concurrently constructing ‘program critical’ activities.
